A New Life, A New Passion
It all started when I turned 50. My husband and I were ready for a change — a real one. We packed up our lives and emigrated to Ireland, settling in the countryside, surrounded by the most breathtaking nature I had ever seen. It hit me in my soul.
I wanted to express what I felt, so I began exploring art online and picked up a brush for the first time. During the pandemic, I discovered Rod Moore's art and followed his online challenges, learning so much about colour, composition, and the joy of painting.
Rod later launched a course — How to Start a Business with Art — and it gave me the confidence to put myself out there. I took the leap, and it changed everything.
My Happy Place
Today, I have my own Art Studio — a space where I spend my time painting the landscapes, wildlife, and scenes that move me. It is my happy place, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Every painting I create carries a piece of that journey: the courage it took to start over, the beauty of Ireland that inspires me every day, and the pure joy of making something with my hands.
